How To Install Android On Ipad 1

Yep, yes, I know, iOS works merely fine on the iPad, why change it?
Why purchase an apple device simply to run android on it?
In short, it doesn't and I didn't.
In long form, iPad 1 runs no higher than iOS 5.1.one, meaning that I tin can literally download maybe one in x apps that I desire. Most support only iOS 8.1 and up etc. Even jail broken, the only jail I've cleaved out of is my cell, merely I'm even so locked on my jail cell block.
The iPad's in question I purchased 7 years agone as gifts. 1 for my daughter, the other my brother in constabulary. Both gave them dorsum recently since at that place's little apps available for them and have upgraded to other android tablets. Being 7 years former all the same should NOT render a device useless, when physically it withal works cracking. I have a 9 year old laptop running windows vii which still works fine. Certain information technology can't run new games and software designed for newer, high stop machines but its still very very usable. Like wise I take an old Galaxy tab 2 seven.0, which Samsung never updated by 4.0.four (still usable) just I run iv.four kitkat on it thanks to none other than y'all lot at XDA.
Beingness able to run android on these quondam iPads would make them usable again. I know in that location has been some interest in this, iopenboot etc etc. I have non seen any XDA evolution on this, and given this is by far the hub of android evolution, I would love to find folks here interested in this project. I'grand going to commencement digging around, see what this will entail. If anyone is interested in this project, allow me know.
